Penicillin production:

Not achieved yet

Problems: conditions not respected (optimum temperature: 26-28°c, pH control: pH meter not working, shaker for the incubator and last edit: replace milk powder by lactose).

Penicillin quantification:

Crystallization not achieved penicillin G sodium, solvent need to changed butyl acetate instead of ethyl acetate achieved.   

Ampicillin production:

Achieved, but yield is low (concentration between: 0.17-0.20). 

Ampicillin quantification:

Crystallization not achieved ampicillin sodium, solvent need to changed butyl acetate instead of ethyl acetate.
