Analysis of the test results:
In this test, we used a lamp with filaments of good thickness (~ 2 mm ), and we attached tungsten to these filaments.
Then we supplied the lamp with a power of 6 V, and it lit up, which indicates that we have obtained electrons.
After this stage, we turned on the high voltage, and we saw a violet light path, which indicates that electrons are moving quickly between
the anode and the cathode.
But the problem was that the light path was tortuous and not straight.
Before turning on the high voltage:
At the first moment of turning on the high voltage:
A few moments and the electronic path appeared:
high voltage ~ 60 KV:
High voltage ~ 30-40 KV :
What we have to do:
-We will move the cathode a little back, thus increasing the distance between the anode and the cathode, and see what changes.
-We will conduct the test while keeping the pump running.
