After correcting the KOH concentration, we started the test and successfully generated hydrogen.
However, the quantity was very low, so ignition did not occur.
Test analysis :
It can be 2 Reason for the low generated quantity :
1- Either the concentration is yet too low knowing that we rise it .
2- Or the current passing through the cells is too low .
or the two reasons together .
what we have to do :
Do a test with the maximum possible concentration of the KOH. If this is not successful we have to define which power supply should be used instead . this is done by installing measuring instruments to detecct the voltage and the current passing through the cells .
